Please note: we do not offer refunds — exchanges or store credit only.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

Must be returned with proof of purchase

For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be accepted
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How to Request an Exchange
Email us at sales@nanorcollection.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Be sure to clearly include your name and order number inside your return package.
